We employ on average 7,000 students per month, including 1,500 trainees and more than 2,500 adult temporary workers. Our group supports more than 700 companies at the same time, providing extensive and up-to-date labour market information.

Our goal is to provide applicants with reliable, transparent information and to place them in jobs where their personal and professional abilities enable them to work effectively in the long term. We provide our adult employees with comprehensive support in the process of starting work - from application to interpretation of legal regulations to processing employment documents.

Our group includes the Fürge Diák School Cooperative, founded in 1994. Fürge Diák pays special attention to new generations, providing opportunities to launch professional careers and helping students make their entry into the adult labour market successful — for both them and their employers.

Humánia Retirement Cooperative

The Humania Public Interest Retirement Cooperative provides job opportunities for older people. Our aim is to pass on their professional experience to younger generations and to keep them active. We try to give them flexible schedules to suit their new stage of life, so they don't have to sacrifice time with grandchildren, family, friends or well-earned rest.

Our story

1994

Fürge Diák, the first company of our group, is founded in Pécs.

1995

We open our first offices in Veszprém, Kaposvár, Zalaegerszeg and Székesfehérvár.

1996

We open our Budapest office and continue our national expansion.

1997

We serve all the county towns of Transdanubia.

2001

Humánia Kft. is established and obtains a temporary employment agency licence.

2002

After 8 years, we are able to provide our services nationwide.

2003

Quality management system is introduced.

2007

Our quality management system is externally certified (ISO 9001).

2011

Our educational program, Labour Market Guide, wins the CSR Hungary Award in the category Common Responsibility - Common Causes.

2012

Humánia becomes a private limited company.

2013

Ifjú Kócsagőr Program is launched - in cooperation with the Hortobágy National Park Directorate and the band 30Y - for young people interested in nature conservation.

2013

We obtain our ISO 27001 certification.

2016

Fürge Diák wins the Hungarian Brands Award for the first time (other awards 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023).

2017

Fürge Diák wins the Superbrands award for the first time (other awards 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021).

2017

We launch our FürgeALAP scholarship program.

2018

Humánia HRS Group Zrt. receives Bisnode AAA certification.

2019

We recruit from Ukraine, Slovenia, Serbia and Romania.

2021

Group turnover exceeds HUF 10 billion.

2022

Fürge Diák Iskolaszövetkezet wins the Outstanding Employer Brand Award for the first time and again in 2023.

2023

We continue to expand abroad, launching recruitment in a third country (Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and Kyrgyzstan).

2024

Expanding our services - Humánia Retirement Cooperative is formed.

2024

Celebrating the 30th anniversary of Fürge Diák.
